Tina Brink

Tina has been a Realtor for ten years in Maryland and for six years in Virginia.  She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management.

She enjoys helping Buyers and Sellers with one of the most important and largest investments that they will make in their lifetime. “Clients are my number one priority and referrals determine my success.”  Ensuring that clients are satisfied is important to Tina, so she truly listens and pays close attention to every detail during her Real Estate transactions.  She will keep you informed every step of the way and if you can’t reach her immediately by phone or email she promises a quick response.

Tina does her best to make every transaction as smooth as possible.  She wants your worries to be few and far between; so that all you truly have to concentrate on is packing for your move.  She will maintain all documentation, contracts, set up home inspections, termite inspections, and settlements as well as to keep you informed. She works closely with lenders, home inspectors, termite inspectors, general contractors, builders, health department employees, other realtors, settlement companies and government agencies to ensure a timely and productive settlement.

When Tina is not working with Buyer and Seller clients, she enjoys spending time with her sons (15 and 11 years old).  Both of her children are active in Ice Hockey, so she also carries the title of a Hockey Mom.  When time allows Tina also enjoys watching and attending NHL and NFL games in her down time.
