The lessons learned from his role at eRealty, the first company to bring real estate listings to the internet, along with other experiences gained from his work with additional, cutting edge, real estate and technology companies afforded him the ability to uniquely promote seller's homes, by position multiple property marketing sites, on page one of the strongest search engine result pages, for the most effective keyword searches in each geography served by Market Advantage Real Estate. Over time this marketing system and Simon's ability to help agents consistently drive strong sales for their clients, have led to the powerful marketing systems taught to Market Advantage Real Estate agents and to the development of a small, agile, and very capable team of real estate professionals.
