3 Year Vesting Requirements:
- Vesting of fees begins in the following year – Your monthly fee is reduced by 10% each year until you reach 50% of the monthly fee for you chosen compensation plan
- Vesting of splits begins in the following year – Your split per transaction remains the same, but your total annual contribution is diminished by 1% per year until you reach half the published cap or $5,000 per year whichever is higher
- Fully vested licensees shall be qualified to receive profit sharing payments in subsequent years
