Rumors of a new kind of training to help agents generate their own local buyer and seller leads without having to pay a third party lead provider are true.
In the next 3 weeks, Simon Warner, broker/owner of Market Advantage Real Estate is expected to announce a 12 month training course. The course will be open to agents from any company in US and is expected to put, the less than 1% of real estate agents licensed nationally, who will be accepted to the program, on page 1 of search engine results.
The program focuses on highly localized, geo-specific, rich content in a highly optimized environment for most major search engines to find.
We will bring you updates as we can, including the new site of the coaching program.
