As long as you are with Market Advantage Real Estate, LLC:

  • You will be able to reach your broker to get your questions answered by text, phone, and/or Skype, at least 12 hours per day on all business days
  • We will make sure you have access to marketing training that has been proven to generate consistent lead-flow
  • We will provide you access to our our proprietary system to help you become your own local market, sales channel
  • You will pay a low split on your closed transactions, with an annual split-cap on your contribution to the brokerage
  • Full-time, production agents never have any mandatory monthly fees
