The company is made up of fresh thinkers – The earliest adopters of online social media and real estate technology. Some of us have been involved in bringing online technology innovation to real estate for close to a decade.
In the past, it has been difficult for buyers and sellers to determine the level of professionalism of a given real estate agent or broker, indeed much of the market still relies solely on transaction volume to determine the worth of an agent. With our average agent having closed about twice as many deals as the national average, we don’t shy away from that discussion, we just think there are better ways to know if you are dealing with the professional you are looking for, or not. Most of us would probably rather be able to access the thoughts and commentary of a persons last 6 months to determine if we wanted to do business with them rather than make a judgement call on a $500 local newspaper ad and a 30 minutes listing presentation. The blogs and social media presence of our affiliates give you exactly that unique view into their thoughts, competence, and abilities. You will find our professional affiliates listed at the top of blog searches, ranked high in online agent/broker communities, and quoted in some of the most significant traditional media sources in the US today.
While searching the MLS on the web was cool and needed, it was just the first step. The advent of social media has opened the door to massive, detailed, geographically specific information, delivered from local real estate agents, with proven track records, and the social media skills to share their knowledge and expertise with you in a relevant and timely manner.
So, while the brokerage concept that Market Advantage Real Estate brings is “agent centric”, it is only because that is what benefits you, the home owner, or future home owner, the most – The ability to directly and consistently access the thoughts of an expert professional, without having to actually engage them until you decide the time is right. We believe you will like the experience you engage in to be significantly better, if and when you do choose to buy or sell a home, because you will have the benefit of knowing that the person helping you really is a professional, as well as having some insight into there personality, and communications style – All very important things to know about the person you choose to help you with one of the largest single transactions in a person’s life.
