Market Advantage Real Estate is introducing a new model in real estate brokerage. This is the most focused attempt ever to bring together the very best agents and brokers around the country into a single organization, where they can multiply excellence in service to the public together.
In order to bring together the very best that the industry has to offer, you must first create the kind of business model and incentives that will cause them to want to join you. To do this a brokerage needs to provide real value to the agents and brokers who are at the top of their game. At the same time as offering them the very best incomes available. Now we have developed that model, it is time to reach the best agents in the business to let them know.
We want to force the industry to adopt better policies around ensuring that less experienced agents are given real help to develop before they show up at your house to offer you listing services. We want to ensure that education, and ethics are force to the forefront of the industry rather than being treated like an unnecessary add-on.
Here's where you come in:
I want to invite you to help us start a "bloodless revolution" in real estate. If you know an agent, or broker, whom you believe to be outstanding, please have them contact us for more information. They will thank you for it. 100% of the agents and brokers who have been introduced to this model previously have either joined us, or are in the process of doing so.
If you have questions, please contact us at any time.

Our first 3 non-mateams agents have just completed their initial workshop. We are waiting to see how well they apply what they have been taught and look forward to seeing them join our own agents on page one of Google, Yahoo, and/or Bing's organic search results over the next 90 days.
Those sites are:
leesburgvahomesforsales.com by Jackie Lawlor at Jack Lawlor Realty, Co.
ashburnvahomesforsale.com by Greg Dotson at RE/MAX Premier.
ashburnvahomes.net by Alan Kroll at RE/MAX Allegiance.
We expect that with the decades of local market experience these agents and brokers have, that Google, Yahoo, and Bing's algorithms will certainly be smart enough to add them to the front page of the SERP soon, and we will look to keeping you posted on there success.
